Returns
1. All refund requests must be initiated within 30 Days of Date of Receipt. Transactions outside of 30 Days are not eligible for refunds.
2. If your order arrives incorrect or the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must notify us within 4 days of receipt. Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number with the one in our records. We are aware of all fraud cases and have all the items details in our records.
3. Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund. Removing an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with Factory Seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
